I need some support.

I can't live this way anymore.

I'm being surveilled by supernatural forces.

All I want to do is sleep.

I give up.

I did but I wasn't totally honest. I'm too worried about being sent IP. I can't afford that right now. It's not an option.

This must be an awful experience for you. I really hope things get better soon. Could your pdoc help with a med adjustment? I am so sorry money is preventing you from being able to seek IP treatment as it may help. The most important thing is that you stay safe through all this. Do you have any support network IRL? I wish I could help somehow. Keep posting if it helps. I will keep reading.

You live in the U.S., right? Hospitals offer payment plans for patients who can't afford their services, whether it's for IP, an ER assessment for something medical related, etc.. You just have to ask one of the hospital's administrative staff members about payment plans. So please take that into consideration when you say you don’t want to go to IP. Your safety and well-being is worth more than any dollar amount.

I think it is fair to say to your doctor that you cannot afford IP, but you need to be honest about your symptoms. He can only treat you properly if he knows what is going on. Call them back.

Also, check into respite centers in your area. You can sometimes stay there for a few days while you ride out an episode. The requirements for stay are different depending on the center, but it might be worth looking into.

Take a breath and recognize this is your pattern each time you are unstable and need a med adjustment. The same beliefs return each time. They also go away once you find the right dose.

Hang in there. You can do this.

By afford I mean time away from work and school. Hospital pdoc will want me to do residential or PHP and I have some important required courses in winter 2020 semester.

Plus I'm not a risk to myself or others, so IP isn't necessary.
