My daughter is vegetarian she always had lactose issues but she found meat just made her feel horrible.

She’s fixed Tofu all kinds of ways. The only way that I actually liked was for tacos. It’s a texture issue I think. My husband ? Tofu? Lmao ! He would never.

Haha. You can freeze tofu to give it a different texture. But yeah that's what most people are turned off by, the silky texture

My personal kryptonite is Liam beans ,can't stand them ,Tofu I don't have any problem with at all ,and I would like to thank the lactose intolerant for improving my QOL , I take Lactulose that is derived from Lactose,, so all those drinking lactic cheers and thank you , my favorite bean is black bean ,chicken *& black bean burritos with 4 kinds of ginger and then go crazy fusion and add Kim Che (south Korean sauerkraut)a mic of N.Y. extra sharp chedda & colbyr sour cream ,avocado and a squeeze of fresh lime ,on top .

I've never tried tofu - but anything with a funky texture turns me off

It was the busiest night I've ever had at work so I'm going to have to come down off of my adrenaline high - but I am tired so I'm hopeful I'll get a decent nights sleep

Make it ahead of time it stays good for years Thai red curry paste add some chicken ,bok choy, baby carrots and toss into some rice noodles. If you have it a little shrimp paste ,it's quick and easy for late nite , you can just tear the nook choy with your hands, very little preparation for a realy tasty snack .if you are realy tired leave out the meat and begets and just put a spoonful of honey roasted peanut butter ,ready in minutes .

Here's an evil one that people love 2 cans sweetened condensed milk half a brick of bakers chocalate and a Cadbury Carmella bar ( now called fairy milk Carmella, melt the chocalate Un the milk heat through and it becomes chocalate fudge, pit some over ice cream or dip mini pretzels in it and lay to dry on wax paper or parchment paper ,great desert or snack ,if you prefer potato chips they work well also .

Yes I am ok , we are south of Nashville. 25 confirmed dead and 70+ people are missing.. I can’t wrap my head around it. Such a tragedy, looks like a war zone

Do you have a tornado alert ? I bought one in Florida last year , then again I also have my own weather station ,I am the very definition of nerd,by station reports to my computer my computer (a TNC is like a modem for a radio) then my radio sends it to NWS AND NHC , I have been a certidiedin SkyWarn spotter for last 30 years. We had a micro burst about 5 years ago in the summer , NWS at first denied it saying nothing showed on radar ,then they saw the damage and examined my stations data and changed there mind confirming it , in normal mode it sends data every 15 minutes if wind speed or rainfall exceeds a certain level it triggers emergency mode and sends data every 5 minutes ,I live in a crazy spot between 2 radars neither really covers the town ,but between them they can come close to knowing what's happening with my real time actual data .I measur for everything from soil conditions to solar radiation. The tornado alert measures electrical activity in the atmosphere they have been in use for about 40 years in aircraft, but they are new to the home and consumer market , it listens and learns what's "normal" activity for 30 mile area , when it detects the electrical noise that happens before a tornado it has a strobe and sounds an alarm. My catheter rep,is out of OK and loves to chat with me about meteorology and weather ,after rebuilding her house several times she has been through the wringer . The positive side of insomnia the weather can't sneak up on us !

We have a weather radio, we also have numerous APPs on our phones.

6/7 years ago we had a nasty heavy line of storms coming at us... which isn’t rare. Common occurrence in spring.

Straight lines winds hit ... The hail was coming down for 2-3 mins ? It was the size of softballs no lie ..... we suddenly felt all the air literally being sucked out of our house. My husband and I just looked at each other. I said .. we are going to die. Suddenly it was quiet.

Went outside, the ground was just white... the tornado formed right above us and less than 1/2 mile away it destroyed 3 homes, many barns and a lot of livestock died. It was middle of the day the people were at work or school so no injury or deaths.

aftermath our 2 cars were totaled, we had hundreds of holes in our roof, we had to put up new siding on 3 sides of our house , hellish job. We had a metal roof put on.

There was never a warning it spun up so fast.

I am sorry your sleep is horrible. I hope you can get to sleep soon. For some reason I am in this club tonight, and I didn't even have coffee today, just a cup of weak tea this morning!
