The fruit flies have cameras on them and they are monitoring me. Also there are lots of angels disguised as humans surveilling me. The angels are jealous of me when God singles me out like he did the other day for special messages.

I just took some extra zyprexa. What more can I do?

Fact checking. What proof do you have that these thoughts are in fact true?

Have you contacted pdoc or t?

I don't know. I can just tell.

I'm meeting tdoc and pdoc on Monday and I'll tell them then.

You know the routine...if the paranoia is draining your energy it would be wise to contact your pdoc tomorrow. Monday is a long time from now, don't you think?

I really think you should call your psychiatrist today.

I agree with the others not to wait to contact your doctor. It is one thing to be able to identify thoughts of psychosis. It is another to believe them.

Sorry you're going through this. Getting a handle on it quickly may help you and your wife enjoy a better holiday.

agree with the others. Call your pdoc right away. This sounds frightening.

I think you suspect something is wrong because you took extra Zyprexa and are asking for advice here. Listen to your gut feeling that's telling you something isn't right.

I've found that when I suspect something is wrong, I tend to be right about it. But if you're still uncertain, your therapist and pdoc are always available for you to talk to, and they're great for giving any kind of advice in how to deal with things like this. The longer you wait to talk to a mental health professional, the longer you will be tormented by these thoughts and feelings. Why not talk now to someone so that you feel better faster? I always like talking things out with my pdoc or therapist.
