I don't know how to delete this thread, so I'm just going to stop posting on it after this post. I'm very embarrassed about a member's complaint about members who create a long thread the focuses on their own problem(s). My purpose in posting this thread was as a timeline to monitor my "AP journey", just until I am stable on one.

I'm not very tech oriented, so don't know where else, or how else, to post such a thread...especially one that is only six to eight weeks long. I know there's Mood Tracker, but I get really anxious when I do mood tracking.

For me, this is a helpful way to keep track of my med (specifically Latuda) adjustment until I'm stable on it. And I do find single-member threads interesting and helpful. But now I feel so self-conscious, it's not worth it.

Although I didn't expect the support I've received on this thread (support was not my purpose in starting this thread), I sure do appreciate it.

Guess there's the good old pen and paper!

I post threads about myself all the time. They are helpful. Especially to lurkers and people learning about the illness. Please don't let others deture you. I understand if you close this thread but I have found it helpful.

I see zero need to close your thread. Your still dealing with trouble on a medication.

The thread you speak of was discussed and DocJohn chimed in that he sees no problem with threads like this.

Of course do what you feel is best for you. But base your decision solely on how you and you alone feel

Thanks so much, dear ladies. You're so kind. I'm kinda hurting over this one...embarrassed. Think I'll take a few days and decide then whether I really need this thread, or not. Love all around.

Thank you, Guiness

It should have been in bipolar treatments so others can find some info in it. I want to record my AP journey with Latuda - but also help others who might want AP info.

Please don't feel you have to stop. I personally like threads by one person; it me know that person a little better. I may not post on the thread but I do read them daily.

If you want to move to the treatment section just use the triangle thing on any post to "report" it and there will be a box that you can request it be moved.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
