They let me in!!!!!!!!I worked today. Saw 8 clients but did not wash their feet just trimmed the nails,
filed them and applied lotion they all like that part best. I spent about

30 minutes each client. started at 9am the went to lunch about 11:15-12;30.
I had thai lunch, it was ok ordered coconut Milk chicken soup and a

spicy pork salad. It was medium spicy. very good and filling. too much really.
tax and tip was very expensive, like $22 for lunch, I never spend that much on lunch!!!!
saw 5 clients in the morning and 3 in the afternoon, was done by 3pm...
Stopped by the tap room bar and grill for the "sips" on draft. It taste better than bottled beer.
I have a lot of paper work tomorrow. have not charted since coming back,

need to send out some bills.
I have been drinking alcohol this past week. I love this local parish brewering beer called
"sips pinot noir". grape and black currant..It is a sour beer very tart.

For 2 weeks, Jeff has been having respiratory issues, coughing and some shortness of breath.
He bought some primatene mist the other day. He did not like it because it made

his heart pound. today he is having more burning at his sternum and doesn't feel
like he is getting enough oxygen so he bought this inhalent of oxygen, he bought

it at this sporting goods store called academy. I took his blood pressure and it was

elevated for him 140/90. So we waited a while and took it again 138/86. Heart rate of 60.

Had him take another puff of the inhaler. and another puff of the oxygen.
half an hour later he said he felt better. He just said he was aware of his
breathing all day. no fever. He is taking pepcid generic for his gerd.

He was taking zantac but they took that off the market and he started

taking pepcid a couple of weeks ago. He is taking a small dose of statin for his elevated
cholesterol. Now that I am no longer taking geodon, I think my cholesterol level will go up.
I bet my mdoc will want me to start taking meds for that.
Aren't there over the counter supplements like slow niacin, or red yeast rice.
I think I should look into that.
Monday I get another Injection for haldol, it lasts a month.
twice, I have forgotten to take my morning meds. not good. I was running late

and did not brush my teeth, the little pill box for my morning meds is next to the tooth paste..
in a cabinet, I am a visual person, if I don't see it then I won't remember to take them.
I usually take them after I brush my teeth. The little pill box used to be on the counter

but one of the cats knocked it off the counter and they were on the floor.

Luckily all pills were accounted for .

I think I have written too much....
good night

Glad you had a productive day, bizi! Yeah, keep an eye om Jeff. If he is really, truly short of breath, that is probably a go-to-the-ED thing, most likely. Hope he is okay.

Did not know Geodon lowered cholesterol. Niacin won't really affect cholesterol, it works on other things. No idea about that deal.

hubby said his chest felt tight off and on today.
Wonder if it could be his gerd acting up he had
heart burn last night even though he is taking
the generic pepsid, once a day. He said if it
doesn't let up then he will go to the hospitals
walk in out patient clinics. After he sees a new student.
He is meeting him in his office they will both wear masks.
need to get back to billing that I started doing yesterdayI got my haldol injection for the month today. It did not hurt thankfully!

Jeff cooked up chicken patties that were like meat loafs but tasted better.
and he heated up some fancy mushrooms and sliced tomatoes.

It was a delicious dinner.

I can't believe we leave on sunday...must start thinking about it.
I got done with some of my charting and started billing....
so AM trying to get off the computer(my source of amusement).
I forgot I also got my labs done today for my nurse practitioner.

right now her name is gone from my memory....it is paige.
glad that I remembered it.
have a good night.

I have procrastinated long enough!
night folks and thanks for reading my thread.

WE have been having some rain which makes, it humid ,

but before the rain the temperature drops and it is quite pleasant.
I guess it has been hot a lot of places.

I hate wearing the masks but will and I am trying to observe

the rules.

our lives have been changed forever because of the virus.

our governor today announced that we will stay at level 2
and not loosen up the restrictions because we have seen

a jump in our number of cases, people are disappointed.
I think we will continue having to wear masks for a long time.
Do you have one to wear while you are out shopping?
I hope you do....It would really suck if you got the virus.
I saw a woman give a public service announcement

about how she was suffering with the virus. It sounds awful.
Especially the people who have poor immune systems.
I love you and would hate to have you come down with
the virus, any virus for that matter.

I baked!
I made a box of chocolate brownies.
They tasted good but were crumbly, don't think we
waited long enough They were not completely cooled like the box said.
Jeff said that they were good. I think they were good too.
The hardest part was trying to figure out how long to bake them.
We had a 10" round pan, the directions were for 8inch or 9 inch square pans.
The cooking times differed. so I googled about that and really did not make
sense so I just guessed, about 35 minutes.
anyway, can't remember the last time I actually baked!

I did some more billing so that is good.
need to put them in the mail.

Don't remember if I told you that Jeff's mom died back in march, and

that He inherited a lot of money. We just paid off the house and line of credit.
WE are going to pay off my 2 1/2 hour visit to the hospital in INDY.

I thought that was just plain robbery. It was $4K. Once we pay off that

we will be debt free, thanks to his mom.

She lived a simple life was 87 and very frugal.
Brian Jeffs brother has been clearing out things.

I am very nervous what we will find out when we get there

We are renting a car the entire time, and spending a couple of nights
in a hotel, When taylor and matt and emmy come before the 4th of july weekend.
We get to see them the 3rd that friday. yeah!
Finally I will get to see her. her upper 2 teeth just came thru,
she has 4 teeth and She is 8 months old now!!!
I will spend a couple of nights with my parents,
hoping to help with the yard if the weather is nice.

I need to fill up my pill boxes for 11 days just in case

something happens that delays us a day I won't be without meds.
maybe I will just fill the whole 14 days.

sorry I wrote so much, I felt like I had not been taking time to

really tell you about what was going on.
I am sorry for that. I will try to be a better letter reader and writer.
We did not watch the last downton abby episode for season 5

because I wanted to get on line.

I need to pack, we leave on sunday and get back the 8th.
I won't have computer access while I am gone.

Jeff showed me the inspectors notes from his inspecting of his
moms house.
There are pages and pages of notes in red. I don't know if
they are just going to fix up the house and then sell it or just sell it as is.

I had better say good night.

Tonight for dinner I am making BLT'S, on daves killer bread.
I am going to use turkey bacon. So we will see how it turns out.

The trip home was different because we were helping to

clean out the house. a long way from being done.

They are going to have the house appraisal done soon.
So they know what they are looking at. There is a son

of my sisters best friends who flips houses and is also a realtor.
His name is chris.
They have already spoken with him. He buys up houses that
need a lot of work done. and then flips them.
He said he would give them the fair market value.
So they are having an appraiser come on tuesday to look at the

house and give them a realistic value of the house as is.
my brother in law brian is getting multiple quotes for the electrical

work that needs to be done. And more of the basement needs to be
fortified as there are cracks that need to be water proofed and

reinforced because the are starting to bow into the basement.
They had to have that done to the other part of the basement,
now it is that they should have done the whole basement. hind sight

is 20/20 of course.

I spent 2 nights at my parents house, I worked in the yard

a bit pulling weeds. out of her flower bed. Mom has a hard time doing

things like that because of the severe pain in her thumbs
So Each time I am there I want to do some thing that helps them.
I am the guilty daughter who only calls infrequently and

sees them 2 times a year... my other sisters go up once a month.

Yes I slept well last night.
I saw my therapist this morning.
It was good to hear her point of view.
I told her I switched pdocs
Tomorrow I see her again on zoom which is suppose to be a

more secure way to communicate.
So we will see how that goes. I only gave consent to 2 years of notes,

not 18 years is too much for one fax machine.

Jeff and I went to gretchens to see taylor and the baby Emmerson.
WE spent 2 nights close by it was a good break to stay somewhere

where it was not a mess.
She was adorable I can't remember the last time I held an 8 month old!

Mom and dad were to have come down but decided not to.
They are in their 80's and don't want to be around people who

have flown: us, and taylor with the baby....

I go back to work on monday. decided that I needed

time to get stronger again. It was an emotional vacation.

glad to be back home. need to get to some paper work.
I need to make up bills. very tedious thing to do it is not hard but I have
been avoiding it like the plague.

I used to have a friends daughter do them for me.
She is in Iowa working on her masters degree.

I think she will go on to law school,
I think she is in environmental..affairs.

I think.

Any way, She is very bright...I believe she had a 4.0 for her bachelors degree.

I had better start the bacon.

I hope that every one is safe and using a mask when out side your home and when you are in public places. You may take your face mask off while you eat but when you are finished you have to put it on, same thing with stores where you shop for food, clothing. use social distancing 6 feet apart, indoors or outdoors.Remember the mask will help to protect others and yourself.
wear your mask!!!!

Biz I am way behind on your life, but I hope your doing okay . Did you have a nice trip ?? Yes masks ! I get so angry with people that do not, Blah blah blah there rights , I get it, But if I am wearing a mask people need to atlease follow social distancing .. I have gotten loud and rude at people if they come to close to me... I told my husband ill get my azzzzzz beat one day, but oh well.. He is so ill I do everything i can to not bring it home..

Take care of yourself

Hey, bizi--Dave and Dave's Killer Bread are from here and he is one of us. He has badass bp 1. I am not divulging confidentiality, as it is publicly available information.
