Keep up with the chat.. stay inside in case your children need you.

Iíll say this and you wonít like it but turn that damn music Off! Music is not only a huge trigger for you but in the past it pulls you further up or down.

Take another dose.. stay in bed.. your thoughts arenít healthy but itís not a plan.

Itís good you called and left a voice mail. You can get through until morning. All of this will pass , it will , it does.

Hey, Cashart...I'm just seeing this. I so understand about the music. When I'm feeling stable or a bit down, music is magic. When I'm in the danger zone music is a scary trigger. It's like a siren song...calls to me, but I gotta force myself to turn it off, or change it.

Anyway. How are you doing today? Please let us know

Thank you all so much for your concern. I have been down today still but not as low as last night. I slept until around 1 this afternoon. I have been eating lunch/running errands all day since with my husband and right now Iím at my sonís t session (heís back there by himself right now). I actually did turn the music off last night and like you Bethrags, music is really bad for me if Iím in the danger zone and several here know that about me. Thus, Christinaís advice. I know it too but itís so hard for me to stop. I get pulled in so deep. I spoke to my pdoc this morning and she told me to talk to my t and my husband about seeing t 2-3 times per week right now or maybe even doing an IOP until Iím better. She said Iíll have to wait a little on the meds to work but that the structure alone of IOP may do me good and keep me from being alone if my husband is working/sleeping. I am going to talk to my t tomorrow and go from there. Iím praying for a better night. At least I will have my husband.
