I usually have severe anxiety with my intrusive thoughts. But for a couple of days now I don’t feel anxious about them. Which makes me think I WANT these thoughts. Which causes me to worry, stress, cry. Still no anxiety though. I still get tension headaches every now and again. But I’m worried about having these thoughts without the nervous anxiety I get in the pit of my stomach. Mostly I feel just nothing. I started to feel this way after three weeks off my medication. I’m in the process of getting back on. Just worry, ya know?

Can I have some of what you took?

Seriously, I have no answer. Have you changed meds recently?

I recently came off of abilify three weeks ago. But restarted it the about three days ago after starting to have the thoughts. While I was coming off of abilify I have pretty consistent anxiety throughout the day. Then BAM! I was just gone. Thoughts are still there. But the anxiety is gone. Pretty much completely.
