So anxious and worried. Worried about school and work and family and friends!!! Worried about my future. Worried about my past. All of this is my fault. I hate myself sometimes.

I am sorry you are worrying so much and have so much anxiety.
What has worked for you in the past? Journaling? walking? screaming? talking to a friend/counselor? What things do you have in your tool box? for coping? I wish we did not have to suffer with bipolar.... ((((((HUGS)))))))) bizi __________________ 150mg of lamictal 2x a day haldol 5mg 2x a day 1mg of cogentin 2x a day klonipin , 1mg at night, 4-5 peri-colace for chronic constipation multi vit,, vit c, at noon, tumeric, caffeine at noon PRN Remeron 15mg at night, zyprexa10mg under tongue, requip2mg. |

I have been mostly using music to call myself. I’ve also hung out with a close few friends and have cleaning around the house I’m trying to study for school. I see my therapist tomorrow. I’m better than last night. Ty

It can be hard, @HALLIEBETH87! Remember that you're stronger than you think. Just try to do your best. Take baby steps. Distract yourself as much as you possibly can like you're already WONDERFULLY doing! You'll come out stronger. Trust me when I say that to You. I am REALLY HAPPY you're doing better now!
