No. I am very very bad about this. When i was living with my mother after i got fired for the last time, one time it was about ten days that i hadnt showered, and she told me i smelled like a goat! So now that makes me laugh. Cuz most of the time she would purposely ignore me, to where i came to believe that people truly didnt see what i was doing. I mean as a child, but it messes with your mind. Anyway, so now smelling like a goat makes me feel present. I know, i need to turn that around and make smelling like flowers my new motivation.

I used to shower at the gym, so my schedule is off in so many ways with the gym being closed. The poor dog must be exhausted from the multi mile walks!!! Are!
Today I bought some nice lavender bath oil at Wallie World. Looking forward to soaking in the bubbles!

I shower everyday even though I`m depressed. I think my OCD contributes to that . I wouldn`t want to smell . That`s totally gross to me.

I normally take one Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I've fallen off that schedule and I don't think I've gotten out of my PJ pants with the exception of my job interview in like a month.

I take one about every other day. That may change when it gets to be summer.

I usually take a daily shower. But sometimes my skin and hair get really dry. Then I'll take a shower every other day. If I feel grungy because of not showing I wet a wash cloth with warm water, pour some diluted apple cider vinegar on the wash cloth. The I wring it out and do a kind of sponge bath in the stinky places
