Well, I'd rather be a trim bear than a fat bear. But if I truly was a bear, I guess being fat would be a much much better idea. As for wanting to pig out, yes. I've been super hungry lately, but I wish I could pig out and not gain weight.

My kids and I just made a huge batch of homemade bread. I forsee a carb coma in my future. That's sorta like hibernating, right? It smells incredible and I'm mad I have to wait for it to cool. Grrrrr...

I'd love to, Fuzzy. But then I'd just have to lose all that weight when I came out of hibernation.....

no, I don't want to get fat.
if I could eat like 50,000 calories like a bear and then burn it all off while I hibernate, then sure, I'd do it |

I just had some pasta for dinner. Carb coma not here yet, but I can see it in my immediate future. I hope I don't get fat from eating the pasta, though. I'm kinda low on food. Not good if I'm a bear going to hibernate!

For me pasta is a drug. I ate a whole package over the weekend. I can't bring it into my bear cave!
I lost weight then gained after pasta feast...and now am back to my lower weight. No I do not want to be a post Covid 19 fat bear. We are coming into Spring. Time to wake up out of hibernation. __________________ |

My addiction is Italian food too. Pasta ranks up there. I make big mistakes like bringing home a carton of rich ce cream Lately, it is my Latte machine, adding a shot of caramel syrup. It is always something with me. I also purchased this huge shepard's pie. I eat one quarter of it as a meal. Sometimes I am still hungry. Yesterday I had french toast, french style. This is where a rich custard forms within the slice of bread. Sugar is also added. I used cream in place of milk. This together with all the fat used for cooking makes this meal incredibly costly in calories, well over 1000. Then there is the syrup. So I grew out of my nice wardrobe. I need to start running again.
