Like I take more bubble baths. I feel like it cleans deeper and it's more relaxing. I take more baths than showers now.

I appreciate my walks outside more. It's like I'm free, it's exilerating.

I don't feel so rushed. I'm still busy but i don't have to rush here and there now, i just have to log onto the computer.

I'm an introvert, so my life hasn't changed all that much, aside from staying indoors for longer than I normally would.

I'm starting to exercise more to relax my mind and body, but that's only because my therapist suggested it, so I don't think quarantine really had much of an influence on that.

My sleep is all screwed up though, so instead of sleeping from 7pm until 4am or 5am, I now sleep from 12am until 6am or 7am, with many, many awakenings in the middle of the night.

I spend more time with my hobbies. Not that I was lacking time before this but now that I don't have any reason to be out and about so I stop making excuses and play my ukulele, draw, read, etc. All things I enjoy but would typically procrastinate on.

Another thing is I clean my apartment more than I typically would, I'm very motivated to do that now, whereas before it felt like a chore, now it feels more like I'm being proactive and keeping myself safe from any possible germs that I may bring in from grocery and pharmacy trips.

Oh yeah, almost forgot. I meditate daily now because it's helping a lot with my stress.

And since churches are closed I watch mass live-streamed
