Thanks guys spoke to my therapist this afternoon I'm drained. I have my Psychiatric Nurse on Thurs so I have her to chat to then. I've been up most of night due to itching to talk to people. Then worrying about it no break from this hell I'm living in my mind.

Lots and lots of hugs...
Is there anything you've found helpful in distracting yourself at all?

I can only imagine how frustrating and tiring this must be.

Did your talk with your therapist help at all? I don't know how long your appts are.

I know I say this a lot, but have you considered working out in your flat/house instead of walking outside? You do not need workout equipment if you don't have any.

I do recommend getting some fresh air, though, whether it's by hanging out on your balcony/porch (if you have one), sitting outside on a bench, or even sitting next to an open window. It's really relaxing.

Coloring is another option for you. I find that it really engages my brain.

And, of course, talking on here is great too.
