I just want to say, after reading many posts:

it is okay to be anxious and upset right now. It is okay that you are struggling. It is hard on a lot of us. You are not alone.

This is not aimed at anyone here at PC, but just something I have learned while reading a bunch of articles:

It is important to accept these feelings as feelings, not always as hard facts. We should acknowledge them but not dwell on them, because that just makes a vicious cycle where our mood and anxiety feed off each other. Physical safety is important, but so is mental safety.

It is also okay to tell someone in real life that you are NOT okay, whether that someone is a family member, friend, therapist, or doctor. It is okay to share these feelings with others. Bottling it in does us no good.

Anxiety is a normal, healthy emotion when we accept it for what it is, but it becomes unhealthy when we are consumed by it. So take things one step at a time and remember that you are loved and cared about.
