Me: my therapist appts are now weekly instead of biweekly. I have way more stressors now that I am stuck at home most of the time, so I need weekly therapy appts to decompress. My pdoc appts are monthly, but it has always been this way.

My nurse every 3 weeks, my pdoc every few months.

My pdoc will be leaving soon, so that will change soon, but that's how it goes with me. No idea how that will work.....

I have always seen my current therapist every Tuesday, since starting with her a couple (few?) years ago. That has stayed the same during the pandemic. It's strange, she seems to rarely take a vacation, and when she has, it is usually between Tuesdays. I've rarely seen her less than every week.

Generally, I see my psychiatrist every three weeks. Visits increase in frequency when I'm doing poorly or have a medication adjustment of some significance. Recently, given my stress levels, I have had sessions scheduled every week these past three weeks. This is the third week in a row of weekly, then my next session is scheduled two weeks later. Though my psychiatrist is primarily for medication management (and he requires that I have a separate therapist), he does provide some level of therapeutic support for me. Sessions with him are at least 20 minutes. He knows me so extremely well that those 20 minutes are often equally or even more valuable than the 45 minutes I have with my therapist. The only time I see him less than every three weeks is when he goes on vacation, and he does take some lengthy vacations. I used to really hate his long vacations!

I see my pdoc every two or three months because I've been stable for a while though I'm starting to get manic again.

I see my therapist every 2 weeks currently. We did an extra session at the start of this social isolation so I briefly met with her once a week, then back to biweekly. I keep considering going to weekly just to make more progress, but then I feel like I am stable enough and don't want to take a spot up.

I met with the pdoc who specializes in women's health issues (who then referred me to my GYN), but haven't followed up with my main pdoc in months. I was supposed to follow up after doing my psych testing, but that was rescheduled as it has to be in person. In addition, I had one session with my OCD specialist and haven't heard back. So, some of my stuff is on hold and I keep wondering if I should reach out to them or not.

I was seeing my therapist twice a week; now I'm talking with her on the phone twice a week. Hopefully, I'll be using a webcam soon so we can do telemedicine. Actually, once/week would be okay with me at this point...therapy is superficial when it isn't in person (to me). Twice a week feels excessive.

My pdoc- I see her every other week, occasionally once/week if I'm doing a major med change.

I talk to my therapist on the phone every two weeks, although I'm going to ask to change it to every three weeks or monthly because she's just not that helpful and I'm participating in a group online every week that's way more helpful anyways. My pdoc is every month if I'm struggling/going through med changes and two to three months otherwise. I also see a nurse every two weeks for my injection and she'll email my pdoc if I'm having any symptoms and if need be my pdoc will email her back and the nurse will call me and let me know of any suggestions/med changes.

I used to see my therapist every two weeks, and now I see her (by video) every week. I finally decided that I needed it, and she's been a godsend.

I'm also seeing my pdoc more often; instead of every 3 months, now it's about every month. That was her suggestion, and I'm not sure why, except I've told her I'm depressed. But given that it's situational, I don't think she can help. Still, I like talking to her. She doesn't just prescribe meds, she really takes the time to talk.

So, in short, I've needed help more often, and I'm so fortunate to have it!

Therapist about once a month and psychiatrist right now has been every two weeks but that’s likely about to go back to every month since I’m doing well now.

I've been talking, by phone, to my pdoc once per month.

I've been doing support groups on ZOOM once per week.

I restarting with my therapist on Thursday, through ZOOM, and I'm not sure how often I will see her.

I was "reprimanded" by both pdoc and therapist for suggesting once/week, so I'm seeing (by video) therapist 2 times/week and pdoc 1 time/week.

So far, telemedicine is going more smoothly than I had expected it to.

I'm still seeing my tdoc via video session once per week, as always. My pdoc video appointments have been reduced from once per week to once every other week. That will continue for at least the next couple of appointments. I'll see what is scheduled for the one after that, soon.

I see my pdoc about every 3 months when I'm doing well, every month when I'm not. Right now I'm ok, so have only seen her once since the COVID mess started. I don't do individual therapy. I used to do in person support groups, but now I do virtual ones at least once a week.
