halfway through 2020... how's the year treating you?
personally I am finding not much has changed. I still have a really ****** mental health team, and I am still
Possible trigger:
I would say the positives from the last 6 months have been that I have become more confident on the phone (I can have a short conversation now), I've not been in hospital (always a plus), and: I'm not in one of the high risk groups to get coronavirus post your highs and lows of the last 6 months.. |

I sure can relate to having a ******** ''mental health team'' in fact they do not even fit that ''criteria'' ...
I'm grateful for the kind people on pc who listen.. My fur is too long for this heat, it makes me more grumpy... I feel bad for

I still need to find an apartment. This is always in the back of my mind. I haven't been hospitalized at all, nor have I been to the psych emergency services. I am one of the high risk corona people but so far I haven't even caught a cold. I need to save up more money but the stimulus money is a huge help.

Overall, it has been okay, but there have definitely been some bumps along the way.
I find it hard to believe it is June already. Although I do not have coronavirus and have never gotten coronavirus, the whole coronavirus situation has made me one confused person. I have never had a rigid schedule, but I had some semblance of a schedule at one point and now that has gone down the toilet. My circadian rhythm is messed up, too. Right now, I am feeling nauseous and trying not to throw up. I had slept through my med time, so now I am paying for it. (Though, it could be the Mexican rice I ate. I ate it from the fridge and don't even remember when I made it...) |

Well, on the plus side, managed to stay out of the psyc hospital despite badass psychosis. Also, possibly had a fairly mild (comparatively) case of possible COVID that lasted for months, but we cannot get tested here unless we meet certain criteria, and I did not. So, maybe lucky there.
