OH, too bad I love dreams. It's like being in a 5 sense surround all movie.

Well can't sleep, without the cheese I use to take the place of a meal the latuda doesn't kick in. No idea why the ambien didn't kick in but little changes make it hard to sleep.

I stayed up all night because I just couldn't sleep--due to pain and all sorts of thoughts that wouldn't settle down. It's now 7:39 in the a.m.

I take Trazodone to help me sleep, but it doesn't work. I've tried another drug, too, and it did diddly.

My pdoc said I could also try music and relaxation CDs. I will try one later today. I did sleep well last night--but I wasn't struggling with pain. I get pain sometimes despite taking an opoid, Tylenol, and aspirin. Oh, well.

Yeah pain is a factor. Because of the tests I've had to give up my aspirin and Aleve.

I am suddenly sleeping super well right now. Better than I have in months.

I woke up at 11:15. I got about 3 hours of sleep. I drank Mountain Dew because I just don’t really want to sleep I guess. But I took some melatonin just in case I change my mind. So far the melatonin isn’t doing anything. I ate a $7 potato chip chocolate bar in one sitting right before bed that I don’t think is really agreeing with me physically or anxiety wise so I’m wondering if that’s why I’m having trouble with sleep.

Sleeping like a champion right now, better than in more than a year. Weird.

Last night I was exhausted and slept well but no dreams that I remember. My alarm went off at 6 no idea why, I thought I shut it off but it came on 3 more times. I finally put my glasses on and looked at the tiny writing to determine how to shut it off. Got a couple more hours in.

Was yawning and lay down and then, now, totally wide awake again at about 11 or so. We shall see...

I think Mountain Dew has one of the highest amounts of Caffeine among soda.. I dont know if caffeine effects your ability to sleep, just a thought

Hope your able to sleep tonight

Lay down for a couple hours. Toseed and turned with nightmares of my dead friend, so, now up watching 24. Seemed like a better idea.

I was manic a couple of months ago, I went 4 days straight without sleep... Then I landed softly, and then was subsequently depressed, but through it all, my sleep was never rectified.

If I don't take my sleep aid (which I hate btw) I don't fall asleep before 6am... And sometimes I don't take my 6am nap at all.

Promised Parker (Pdoc) yesterday that I would try harder, but ugggghhh I just hate being a walking talking human pharmacy.

Chris, I really do hope u mange to sleep soon, I know you've been struggling for months.

Last night was a mixed bag. Got some sleep but kept waking up. Was in a crowded miles long mall with a canal down the middle. There was a bunch of us in a loose group including that blonde lady from Friends. I don't like her and I didn't like her in the dream either. We were on a glass topped boat on the canal and she was gonna jump off. And I was in a Chinese store. Packaging materials stuck to my shoe and I was accused of shoplifting. I proved it was not shoplifting but I had to leave the store though a back window and never come back!

Yes Parker I know he means well and is trying to help but ...... lets hope this works. I'm sure he doesn't want to me to paddle across the ocean for a chat

Well you and I both need to get it right then, because if your not awake what am I gonna do Ill be left alone and you know I wander into trouble if not checked on.. Im like a 3 years old after 18 candy bars left to my own devices
