Sleep is horrible. Melatonin doesn't work. Have been taking Ambien and it was really helping. Now the last 3 days I've only been able to sleep 4-5 hours on it. Up an hour early today. Got tired of tossing and turning.

God no sleep, none and I have an appointment with the doctor today! God my blood pressure will be up from no sleep. Started out fine, being able to lay there quietly then the tossing and turning started. Now my bed needs to be remade. The. Sheet is totally twisted and the blanket messed up. On top of that started getting heartburn, don’t know why tho only ate twice and early. Was so frustrating that I was hitting the bed so decided to get up.

I took a shower and used my sleep lotion. I doubt I’ll sleep well though. I need to get more 3mil Xanax.

For weeks, I haven't been taking anything besides about 11mg of Seroquel to assist sleep. My sleep has been quite good. Tonight, here it is just after 1 a.m. and I'm awake. I just took some ZzzQuil; hopefully that will help me to sleep until dawn.

As usual I fell asleep around 7:30. I woke up wide awake at 10 thinking it was close to 5. Now I can’t get back to sleep and I probably won’t until 2:30. I’ve cut way down on the caffeine. I don’t know what else to do. I woke up nauseated but I’m ok as long as I’m by my fan/

My sleep I think is a big part of things for me. If I’m waking up at 11 and not falling asleep until 3:30 that’s not helping a lot of stuff. For one it’s probably screwing with my metabolism. Also I take my Geodon at 1AM to help me fall asleep and then I go without it again until 6PM. So that’s probably screwing with my anxiety and moods. I don’t know what to do. My melatonin sucks and unisom and Benadryl causes increased hunger.

@Mountaindewed and all:
Have you tried herbal tea? I like 'Sleepy Time with Extra Tranquility.' It has valerian root in it, a powerful natural sedative. I just get it at a common grocery store. It zonks me right out, tho i take it more for relaxation as i have a bladder the size of a grape. I start winding down in the evening with the tea, no TV, no radio, no computers or phone, no socializing, only soft familiar music and of course snuggling my dog! Be careful tho, the tea really packs a punch. Don't drink it if you think you might need to be active in the evening. You're right that being a 'morning person' is better for overall health tho. It's much easier to eat healthy in a long early day than a short late one. Hope things improve, the early bird gets the worm! |

I drink a lot of tea. Usually stress relief or decaf chocolate tea. I should have gotten some sleep tea the other day but I forgot. I drink it I’m just out of it. I like the Sleepy Time vanilla kind.

I took 20mg of melatonin on top of everything else to help me sleep. I fell asleep for 25 minutes and I’ve been wide awake since then. I hope I get to sleep soon. Lots to do tomorrow.
Wishing everyone rejuvenating sleep. |

I'm awake and feel like I cannot fall asleep. This is not good.

I finally fell asleep around 3-4 am and had little kid revenge dreams. You know where in your mind their shoestring breaks and they accidentally hit their head. That’s all I really remember, oh one nasty kid got caught by his mum! Ha ha

Last night I woke up at 3:45. I was just happy it wasn’t between 9:30-11:30 at night. I had planned on just staying up. So at 6 I went to watch the news and instantly got tired. I went back to bed and I fell asleep and when I woke up I thought it was 7 and only 15 minutes had passed But I had actually been asleep for 1.5 hours. Which was pretty cool. I rarely get back to bed after 6 anymore.

I can't sleep without 300mg Seroquel. I've experienced being awake for 48 hours because I forgot to take it.

I slept good last night. I was under all my weighted blankets for the first time in awhile. It was cold in my room. I woke up at 8 again. I’m glad I can sleep in later even if my sleep itself isn’t always consistent.

You can do it. I was on 25mg of seroquel to help me sleep and I didn’t like the after effects. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
