Well I am putting myself in bed for at least 5 hours... Sleep would be amazing but if nothing else I have to give my body a break !

Well yes mostly, I didn't take the promethazine coz it makes me feel gross when I wake up...

I’ve been up since 4AM yesterday. About 21.5 hours. I wonder why things have been so up and down lately. They weren’t like this before. Mood wise I am fine right now. Perhaps a bit elevated.

Hey Nammu thanks !

I dozed off for a couple mins here and there as I bored myself to death staring at the wall. IF Steve can maintain how he is right now... for another day or 2 I am going to drug myself so far down its not funny... I just need a couple more days to make sure its okay for me to check out for a long while.

Well , I snowed my self under for a few hours and woke up sweating..

Arghhhhhh I hate Summer !! HATE HATE HATE it !

I'm planning to snow myself down again.... Maybe ill wake up and it will be Fall ?

On a side note, I actually had a dream I was in a Plane and the pilot was a Character from the TV show ER and we skidded off the runway while trying to land... Guess Dr Carter should have had a pilot license instead of a medical degree

Yes Shhhhhhhhhhhh I'm always binging ER

Not a single wink last night. Have now tried three times today to lie down, as, when I am up, I feel just trashed and ready for bed, but when I lie down, wide freaking awake.

So, maybe later tonight or something. Dunno. No idea what is going on with my brain. no clue. Guess I will just keep binging 24. Jack Bauer is my hero!!! I wanna be like him when I grow up.

Hey Christina! You had a dream!!!!!!! Cool, flying is always cool.

I tossed and turned until sometime after 6 am, that was the last time I looked at the clock. Next thing I knew it was 9:30 and I had to hustle to get myself out the door at 10. I was dreaming but the rush to go totally obliterated my dreams.

I fell asleep at 7:30PM. I woke up at 9:27. I have to get to Target at 7 and then I have a therapy appointment at 1. I’m hoping to get to sleep in a little bit and then maybe take a nap before my appointment. I just had some yogurt with my morning Geodon so hopefully that helps.

I'm still trying to figure out what time to take my sleep meds...
Too early and up too early in the morning, too late and I'm only waking up around 11am.
Ugh
On the plus side I have ZERO dreams.

Really great for me because I hardly dream, I just nightmare.

I went to bed around 9 and woke up around 3 unable to get back to sleep. I guess that's not too bad, but I function better when I get at least 8 hours.

Well it was another toss and turn night. Sometime after it started getting light out I put my sleep mask on and got a couple hours. The dream was about a ultra wealthy inbred family killing each other off for the inheritance. In the end there was two survivors driving off into the distance, an old man of 80 and a younger man or 30 something.
