4-5 hours of sleep. It's better than nothing.

Hey all ! I hope sleep found you even if it was just a short while

Yesterday and today my Fibro is so horrible I skipped my Lyrica for Gabapentin 600mg twice a day and I dont know if it helped but I felt kinda buzzed, so for about 4 hours I was able to literally catch my breath. I slept 5 hours broken but as the day moved on OUCH it has started all over again, so again I took 600mg 3 time a day this time, No real buzz but I feel a tiny bit less pain. FIbro is horrible

If I go to bed and feel like its going to be a flip flop night I am going to break a 10mg Ambien in half and hopefully it will help I have to get in front of this pain.

Good luck everyone for sleep tonight

I did have a cool dream last night. Was going to a old fashioned university, all wooden floors , walls, desks and gas lamps. Very steam punk. I needed a sign language terp but could only find British sign terp. I needed a cape and found myself in a Black Friday sale hurricane but there was a scrap of fabric left and I embroidered it. Someone had left a pearl bead and a large needle in the fabric. Then I was on third floor by a wooden banister when some woman came and took my cape, she was down the stairs before she said goodbye.

I woke up and I thought to myself “I feel awesome.” Then I looked at the clock and realized it was only midnight. Ha. That’s what I get for going to bed at 5:30. I’ve been up since.

I’m wondering if I eat this huge bag of baby carrots like an 11 serving size bag which only has about 385 calories, if my skin will turn orangish. I’m not being silly I’ve heard that can happen if you eat too many orange foods.

It’s why flamingoes are pink. Because of all the shrimp they eat.

Not wonder I can’t sleep.

When my daughter was about a year old she turned a weird orange color. I was terrified and took her to the pediatrician. He asked if I'd been feeding her a lot of carrot baby food. I had. He said there was nothing to be concerned about, that she was orange from the carrots. Completely harmless.

I bet she was adorable.

It is called carotenemia. Can also get it from sweet potatoes and squash. It can sometimes act as a kind of sunscreen. Long story.

I hope everyone is soundly sleeping. Except those who are outside of the U.S. For them, I hope they're wide awake. Well, not Canadians, haha. You guys should be asleep, too.

The temperature here today was 111 degrees. I have a window a/c and 4 fans, but cannot cool it down in here. All week predicted to be the same. The cats are pancakes

One nice thing about the heat is the crickets chirping all night and day.

I'm so worried and scared and my head is the mess. I took zopiclonum to sleep and some bromazepam, I need to rest very much. I keep reading about Belarus happenings and it does not help to calm down.

My grandmother was from Brest-latovsk, which is in Belarus.

Apparently, the citizens became exasperated with their lying dictator and are out in droves to protest. Good for them!

It's midnight. I slept until 1 pm today. Guess I was making up for getting up at 4:30 yesterday. I hope I can get up earlier tomorrow.

I’m not really sure what happened. I was lying in bed. I think I was planning on watching AGT. Then the next thing I knew it was 10:30. I’ve been awake since. But I had planned on watching it. I don’t know if I forgot or what. I know I took 10 milligrams of melatonin at 4:30 but on Tuesday when I did that I still woke up 10 minutes before it started. My mom thought I was watching it. Weird how I just lost time like that.

I've been up since about 11pm (fell asleep around 8:30pm) and it's now 2:15am. My cat has been up at night lately and that is what is keeping me up. He's got anxiety or something going on - lots of scratching and meowing. I'll need to take him to the vet to see if I can get him some meds and make sure everything is ok (he seems fine other than keeping up the household at night).

I had been on a good sleeping streak.

Smoke keeping me awake. Ashes falling in my bedroom. Sore throat. The air smells horrid.
