I dreamt I was to go grocery shopping, but when I entered the store instead of food there were great works of art, mostly paintings, everywhere. A few sculptures displayed. Some where pieces I've seen in various museums, some were art works I've seen in books or online. The dream was absolutely incredible.

Another night of getting up at 2:30. I thought I was going to wake up at 11:30 but luckily I got back to sleep after a melatonin. I know I had a lot of caffeine yesterday. At least I went to bed at 7 last night so I got a decent amount sleep. Only Monday and Wednesday nights were good nights for sleep this week. The others were awful and that was just this week.

My pdoc has me on 1.5mg of lorazepam and some 200mg of gabapentin to use at night to help me sleep. Lately it hasn't quite cut it. Need to chase it with Zzzquil. That helps a lot but I wish there were something better. This seroquel dosage makes me want to ask my doc about it. Any side effects?

Side effects of Seroquel, do you mean? Well, dosage for sleep is always very low, between 12.5 and 50mgs. For me, Seroquel has caused major weight gain even at a low dose. Seroquel is notorious for causing weight gain. The problem is, it really does induce sleep. Besides weight gain, Seroquel is like any antipsychotic, with the same side effects. __________________ |

I woke up half awake at 11:40. I quickly tried going back to sleep. No luck. It seems I always wake up either at 11:40 or 2:30. Even if I get to bed at 8. But this is happening basically every night now. And I am legitimately concerned for my physical health. My mental health seems to be ok now.

I haven't had a decent night's sleep in several months. This is driving me batty. Its the stress of moving.. it's the job, I just want peace. Cant remember the last time I had any pleasant dream. I hope I'll catch up soon. I feel so physically sick too. Whine.

No ZzzQuil, no sleep. Seroquil alone isn't doing it. Torture to fall into a sort-of sleep for 5 minutes, then awaken. Same thing over and over. Finally giving up and taking ZzzQuil.

I fell asleep at 6:30. I woke up at 2:30. I didn’t take any melatonin or anything. I feel like I’m going to throw up though so I’m glad I cancelled my appointment.

If i fall asleep for up to 4 hrs then wake up for whatever reason then Im up for the rest of the night and day. I was really stressed out which makes me tired and fell asleep at 8pm. Woke up at midnight and cant fall asleep again. Any suggestions on a hobby you can do quietly in the middle of the night????

Ugh, night number two that I can’t sleep. I just couldn’t lay there any longer.

Slept four hours and some change. Holding on, but hands are slipping. Second night of a mini panic attack. Nose feels stuffy. Can't open the door or windows too long because of smoky smell (I live in L.A.). Trying hard, but if I don't get medical intervention soon I'll fall (I have a therapist appointment on Monday and some bloodwork tomorrow for a physical. Time's ticking and I'm growing impatient that's all). Feeling isolated. My husband and kids continue their support, but something's got to give I guess. __________________ Bipolar 2 Currently on: Trileptal (300 x 2) Feeling: A bit hopeless |

Any kind of art or craft work. 2 nights in a row of true nightmares. Unusual for me. Maybe I'll start listening to binaural beats before sleep time again. __________________ |
