I just woke up at 12:30 and now the more I think about it the less sense it makes. I fell asleep tonight at 9:30. Pretty late to be waking up at 12:30. I also slept pretty bad last night. So I guess we’re back to this pattern.... cutting out coffee and Mountain Dew didn’t make a ton of difference overall for my sleep.

Hi, I hope this is the way to respond. New to me.
Yes, thanks for asking. In Seroquel at night and clonazepam during the daytime. Lots of stress and high anxiety right now.
Hoping things settle down soon.
Are you on meds?

Too much sleep or not enough sleep for a long time is sub optimal. (understatement) I usually do not have too much sleep. I hope the med changes go ok. I have a benzo refill! I'm sometimes temped to take more than the prescribed dose to get some sleep! Hugs to you

Working on trying to get my sleep med dosage right. Too many nights of 2-6 hours of sleep has left me exhausted. Taking a sleep med wasn’t my preference but my NP convinced me getting adequate sleep would help keep me stable. Here’s to a good night’s sleep for everyone.

Last night I got back to sleep around 3:30. Woke up at 8:30.

I fell asleep tonight at 7:30. Woke up at 10:30. Typical.

Do you ever feel like you don't want to sleep even though you're not manic? I don't know why I don't want to go to sleep even though I love to sleep !

Benadryl sometimes helps me, too.

Are you on meds?

Yes...Lamictal, Pristiq, Trilafon, and Klonopin (which I am very slowly weaning off of).

Never thought last night was going to end..

4 times as I dozed off I heard a big boom and looked up and these gold and silver boxes and balls and just all kinds of weird stuff was falling, I yelled for Steve , Of course nothing was happening then at least 3 more times.. I finally got up and took another xanax , I was able to get some drugged sleeping..

Crazy I hope it doesn't repeat tonight !!! EEEk !

Hugs

Last night sucked.

I had some VERY weird dreams....

Those dreams sound very unpleasant. I hope you get some decent, restful sleep tonight with pleasant dreams.

hugs

Were you taking a bath in the water trough? I saw the first season but nothing after that. But it was a good show.

Ambien is not working. I got 13 hours of sleep that first night and then nothing. I’ve previously tried Trazadone and Doxepin to no avail. She mentioned Seroquel but I wanted weight neutral. I think I’ll call her in the morning and say bring on the Seroquel.

I hope everybody gets a good night’s sleep.

I am no fan of Seroquel, that's for sure. The one good thing about using it for sleep, however, is that you have to take only a microdose.

I am sorry sleeping is a struggle.. I've been on straight Seroquel for probably close to 2 months now? Any way I refuse to every take the XR again ..I am on Straight Seroquel and I have no hunger rages, I have actually lost some weight.

What Seroquel is the Pdoc wanting to go to???

She didn’t say because I wouldn’t consider it. I’ll consider it now. I’ve awakened a few mornings now with the back door unlocked and the patio furniture moved. Ambien must be working at least somewhat but I sure don’t like that. I’ll ask for straight Seroquel.
