Some place a little quieter....just get an extension cord from the house or whatever electronics you might want....

I have been such a hermit and had to go out to pharmacy. It is so stunning out there right now. Summers here are insane!! Other than a few days or a week even of around 100s, it is usually around 80 with zero humidity, cool at night. Beats NYC, Sydney, and Hot-lanna summers any day...

I am using 66% of my chromebook screen, the left side is dead. This thing was cheap and lasted I guess maybe about 3 1/2 years of continuous use, so, cannot really winge. Hafta be like the hip kids now and use phone for everything, I spose...

I'm having many self destructive urges. Listening to music instead so I'm tied to the computer via headphones and I'm not home alone. I will be alone tomorrow though so hopefully I'll wake up feeling better and stay that way through the day but I doubt it.

I’m having increasing episodes of SI with urges to do something about it. I know, I know...I’ll call my NP. I had a mindset coach ask me what I saw in my future and I didn’t see anything but the same bleakness as now. Life has just gotten too hard to keep up with. It’s the wrong time of year for this.

Warm regards to all and hugs to those that are struggling.

Is it ever possible for you to maybe walk for 30 minutes or so? Bike or jog or row or rollerblade? Aerobic exercise helped save my life when I had my worst depression. I hated going out, but always felt better after. Might be worth looking at this.

Please, please call now, Jennifer. Or the crisis line. Maybe u need a med change? It happens, does not mean it is the end. Please don"t give up. It will turn the corner. It will.

My seasonality shifted this year. Got manic in October and depressed in May-June. Opposite of usual. Interesting to hear u share something similar.

Can u distract? Show, movie, stand up, youtube videos of babies or puppies or something else cheerful to you. Those puppy videos work for me even if I am despondent. Every single time.

Strength, peace, support, love.

Typically I go for a walk every day. It doesn't help, just gives me anxiety because of rapists and bears.

Can you stay safe until tomorrow when you can call? Have you gone to the pool to float today?? What are you doing to distract yourself ???

If you can't stay safe please reach out for help now

I am thinking about something to get your heart rate up even more. 20 minutes even could really help...

The loop I usually do is 4 miles and takes about an hour. Lately I've been doing half of that which takes around 30 minutes and it just doesn't noticeably help.

Hello everyone!

I sold one of my pistols to pay for flooring in my master bedroom. Finally today, it is getting done! I have been the most stable since 20 years ago. My job has allot to do with it. I was taking a med that made me confused where I could not function on the job. Boy, was my boss was angry with me.

I am trying to occupy my time away from work. This is difficult, and I think makes me vulnerable to mood swings. I do not have much to do. For one thing, it is too hot outside. Also I cannot afford the gas to go anywhere. I enjoy hiking and driving my car places. So I watch the TV, some movies, and create new sounds with my synthesizer. I also play with my dog, including taking her for a walk.

Aww, Jennifer, I'm so sorry you're feeling this way. I can very much relate.
I hope you are feeling better soon.

I cycled almost 7 miles today. Got my heart rate nice and high for a total of 30 minutes, just like my pdoc suggested.

Mood wise I don't feel any different.

But I do feel more willing to move around. Like I make multiple trips up and down the stairs when I used to do that only when absolutely necessary.

I also did some electrical work again today. Finishing something I started 2 weeks ago. All my sockets work now and I can charge my phone overnight now.

I was off work for the last 5 days and start again tomorrow. From what I saw on my work phone, there are problems so I'll be busy with that.

I meant #48 and requested that the thread be updated accordingly. I made a mistake with the #s.

Sorry
