I normally see my pdoc once every 2 weeks when unstable. When stable, I see him once every 2-3 months. Right now, I'm seeing him once a month while we assess how well my newly added trileptal works.

3 months, stable/unstable. I think I need someone new. This isn't working for me, but it's just not the right time to switch. Figures it takes a crisis to figure that out.

Once a week if really bad, every three months otherwise. He lets me text him, which I use when there is a crisis or whehn he wants information about how I am going. I have to pay cash and it is $175 for 30 minutes, so...

Every 2 months if I'm fine. But if I'm the slightest bit off, every 2-3 weeks. If I'm very off, the next week.

1 to 2 weeks max. She's terrific, but she worries a lot. It seems she has the idea that I'll suddenly go off meds, which I have absolutely no history of doing. Oh, well. I don't mind seeing her frequently. In some ways she's much more reliable than my therapist is. Like, my pdoc never cancels, whereas my therapist cancels about every 6th session.

Every 3 months, I think, I've only spoke to him once. He doesn't like me but we'll see.

Right now I have a new therapist and psychiatrist since I’ve “moved” to the city so currently I’m seeing my psychiatrist once a week. Once we get the meds straightened out, it’ll probably be every month or every 3 months depending on how well I’m doing.

When I was in Texas once every three months when stable. When unstablized a couple weeks. Now tho I'm in a rural area and there's no Pdocs. If I become unstable I will have to call my internist and he will have to get an emergency tela health appointment. Really have a lot of incentives to stay stable. The seven counties are building an emergency psych unit in one county and there's two small psych units, one west and one north east of here but there small. Many folks with an emergency are held in ERs or shipped out of state. Mental health care here is deplorable.

Not sure of miles but it's 45-50 minutes because it's all freeway.to a real city where the Pdocs are is 2 1/2 hours.

I see my NP every 2 weeks when I’m unstable like now. I see her every three months otherwise.

See my Pdoc monthly like clockwork. Although once a year he goes on a sabbatical on some Buddhist retreat, whereby I either manage on my own or get a substitute to check in or therapize me, depending on my state of mind.

Like bpcyclist, I have to pay a lot, $150 in my case, out of pocket. Because of this, she lets me make med changes over the phone weekly unless I am psychotic in which case she actually sees me weekly to biweekly. When I am more stable, 1-3 months.

I see mine every 2-3 months. Last time I saw him it had been 6 weeks because I was on a new med. He does med changes over the phone since I’m such a high risk case or whatever you want to call it. Or else he’s just being nice.

So I have not had too many months in a row stable and it has been once a month. When I am stable it is every three months. I recently started on lithium. ( 2 months ago and she moved it up last month). My SI has improved a lot this month. So hopefully it will be every three months. Anger is still an issue though so we shall see.

My pdoc sees me as needed. Usually every three months when stable, weekly to monthly when unstable . My doc is still only doing tele-medicine and will be continuing that for a while as she is immune compromised.

Every 2 or 2.5 months when my symptoms are at baseline. When I am especially unwell, anywhere between weekly to monthly since she needs to monitor new medication changes.

When unstable, it can be as often as once per week or every two weeks. If reasonably stable, every three weeks is the usual. I could probably see him less often when stable. I may suggest once per month in the future.

I haven't seen my psychiatrist for several weeks because he has been away on vacation. I have been OK during this period.

I see my therapist every week. Every Thursday. Sometimes I wish it was every other week.
