Q: Do you prefer rural or urban areas? What do you like most about your choice of the two?
I prefer rural areas. I love the trees the most!

Favourite movie or book?

I've always been partial to The Wizard of Oz and The Sound of Music. Pretty lame, huh? Really, there are too many to list.

Cats or dogs?

Yes. New Jersey and Pennsylvania have cold winters. We have the whole lot (hot/humid summers, frigid winters, pleasant springs and autumn). We usually get plenty of rainy and sunny days. We didn't have much snow last winter, but we can get blizzards. If you are from rural New York, you absolutely know. I'll be moving to Czech Republic soon. They have cold winters, too, with snow. Actually, today is the Feast of Saint Martin. Legend has it that Saint Martin rode in on his white horse, bringing snow. That usually means that this day can be the first potential snow day in Czech Republic.

Q: Can you ski or ice skate?

I also lived in PA on top of a mountain and winters here in NY on the lakes can be frigid. Safe travel to your new home!

I use perfume every day and scent beads in my laundry.

What's you favorite crime/police drama if you watch any?

You hit the speech bubble at the bottom of the post you want to quote lower right hand side, if you’re on a computer it’ll say “reply with quote”

I don’t watch TV really, used to watch a few minutes of Criminal Minds with my mom tears back though

would you rather be a shark or an eagle?

Absolutely an eagle! No offense to sharks, but eagles seem like much lovelier creatures and I'd prefer flying than having to live underwater.

Q: Have you ever read a long book (from cover to cover) in one sitting? How long did it take you, approximately?

A long book...I'm thinking minimum 1,000 pages? I don't recall reading a long book at one sitting when I was younger, and now my eyes wouldn't hold out. Nowadays I try to read more slowly so the book I'm reading will last longer.

Have you ever been on a boat or ship?

Yeah, took the ferry boat to France with my school in 1999. My first time ever on a boat, on a school travelling trip and first ever holiday away from my family. Amazing times. I was 14 and got my 1st ever passport lol.

Question: Are you looking forward to Christmas or if you celebrate Thanksgiving (sorry I never know when that it?). What are you looking forward to doing

* I know at the current situation the world is in its going to be very difficult for us all. But what are the small things your looking forward to doing etc?*

I am hoping to put my tree up next week. I just need to find it.

mostly I am looking forward to watching the muppet's christmas carol. I watch it every year, and you know it's christmas when that film's on (I think so anyway)

also looking forward to pigs in blankets. christmas isn't christmas without those

question: do you feel like me that 2020's gone really quick? (I still can't believe we're looking at christmas in 6 weeks)

In one way, I feel like 2020 has zipped by so quickly - as most years seem to do, the older I become. In another way, it seems we've been living with the covid pandemic for several years. When I look back and remember going to the grocery store without a mask on it seems like eons ago.

Do you prefer a rainy day or a snowy one?
