Today I finally got it.... I have to take oral Aririprazole for 3 weeks 10mg a day. On top of the 400mg I was give in injection today. They sprung this on me at my CPN appt. I think they know they have messed up and are covering their backs. We'll see. But finally I'm getting somewhere.

I have gotten considerably worse psychosis is massively impacting my life etc. So fingers crossed I start to feel better

I am hoping this works out well for you. You are really brave for taking this step and trying something new. Maybe it is a good thing they sprung it on you. I know going back and forth on it mentally has been rough on you. I hope you find your way to greater balance and peace soon.

So glad you finally got it! I bet it’ll help a lot once you’ve figured out the best dose

Hey the depot injection is for Aririprazole anti-psychotic. I'm being allowed to get it as substitute for both mood stabiliser and anti-psychotic which they don't normally do from my knowledge.

I’m going to talk to my psychiatrist about the Abilify injections, though I will still be taking meds for migraines.

I could still have to take a mood stabiliser if I get bad but hoping this could work just fine for me. I can't take an anti-depressant so it might work, it might not
