Hey everyone.
I am hoping having some online people who understand what I feel and the way I think will help me not feel so alone. I often jot things in my journals all throughout the day but sometimes it is nice to discuss those thoughts with people who get it and won't judge.

I’m pretty new here too.... it has helped me being here. How long have you had bipolar? I was diagnosed at the end of April but I didn’t believe it until the beginning of July when I hit the depression side of it. I’m still depressed, but some days I feel better than others. It hit me late in life... I’m 42... so I’m still in shock. But yea you will find some really supportive people here!

Hi Duallife! Welcome to the bipolar group here at Psych Central. We're glad you joined us. There's plenty of support to be had here. We look forward to you sharing some of your wisdom and suggestions, too.

@Duallife Welcome to PsychCentral's forums! The bipolar board is usually pretty busy, so there's never a shortage of people to answer or post a question.
