My transference therapist back in 2019 was all like you keep saying "you'll feel better when this is over. Then that happens and then its something else."

Like I know things aren't going all that good for me right now but I'm not in all that great shape physically so I'm not even sure how much of it is just my mental health acting up.

My current therapist said she'd be depressed too if she couldn't leave the house much cause shes puking all the time and is in pain.

Idk. But yeah I do seem to be chasing one high after another a lot.
