I don’t know if I have this or not. I took an ED screening test at a therapy appointment a couple weeks ago and it showed I have a moderate chance that I have one. The sizes that I wear in clothes are saying I’m for sure not plus size. I just feel really fat a lot of the time.

I am about to eat a buffet.
I know it's not exactly going to do anything for my weight, or anything for my confidence, (and I do feel bad about eating it), but yeah... I'm all ready ugly and horrible, what diffrence is it going to make? it's christmas and I am going to eat christmas food. I posted in the eating disorders forum about christmas eating tips and how to cut down, but part of me really doesn't care I'm going to eat what I'm going to eat, and my body isn't going to magickly be perfect overnight. |
