Having a rough time. I have been looking for work and today was rejected for a job. The rejection is really hurting. I am afraid I am going to start spiralling out of control.

Sorry to hear you're having a rough time. Not always easy being rejected, especially for something you wanted. It's hard not to take it personally.

Have you tried using your local dept of rehabilitation services? My aunt had lucky with them. You could try a few temp agencies too.
