So I experience traits of BPD. Just wondering anyone out there that experiences BPD or if it’s even a BPD thing.

Is that I notice I have a lot of crushes of opposite sex.
So for example I have developed this crush on this one guy at my sport club but then I had this sexual thoughts about this new man therapist we have at DBT group.
I feel guilty because I’m in a relationship already and well my crush at the sport club it has manifested in my dreams which is really annoying, during the day it’s hard to stop you know day dream.

To be honsent it’s really annoying and I do feel guilty and anxious.

Just wondering why? Is it BPD ? Or some thing else. How do I over come this?

Well... I'm certainly no expert with regard to BPD. But this doesn't really sound like BPD to me. I don't know enough about psychology in general though to say what else it might be. Here are links to 4 articles, from Psychcentral's archives, on the subject of BPD that perhaps may help to clarify things for you including a link to PC's BPD test, just in case you haven't taken it:

I don't think there's anything abnormal about having crushes. The only problem is if you act on them and cheat on your boyfriend. As long as it's just a crush, it's harmless.

Thank you. Just dealing with guilt in the sense having these feelings because I don’t want them,
Also sense I’m sensitive to rejection I’m dealing with people who say don’t want to reply messages on Facebook messages I feel rejected or I think did I offended them? So it causes I guess anxeity too.
