I have them every day, at times; several. After I went off my AP I had a 4 day anger binge. I'm up and down every other day but I have BPD as well as Bipolar. I either have good days or bad days. I know that sounds 'counter current therapy,) but it's true.

I too only seem to have good days or bad days, with very rare exception. My mood swings aren't what they used to be, but it happens. I can go from having really good days to having really bad days pretty easily. Going from bad to good is much trickier.

BPD and bipolar here. I'm generally a mixed bag. I'm easily trigger and can flip from one extreme to another. I'm really working on it in therapy, but gaining control over ones emotions is a big task.

Most of the time several times a day. If I have a good day it's probably only one or two. On a bad day easily 30 or more.
