I posted a question in another forum (not pc) about therapy and was attacked. Maybe getting “help” is just not for me. It’s for those who are deserving, and I’m obviously not one of those.

Attacked by whom? That doesn't sound like a supportive environment then and to hell with it. That should not be a reflection of your self worth or whether you are deserving of help or not.

I'm new to being in forums for MH and i find that it is safe here, so far! ha.

I find this forum pretty serious and supportive but be always with caution with whatever and whoever is online, please.
I guess you know it but people who have mental struggles are more vulnerable.

Fuzzy, you know how many morons are behind a screen. Trolls, trills, tralls...lol! You know it. I don’t feel safe in most of the places online. Avoid them.
Many times, people go there only to fake or to waste their time only for the sake of it.
Most of the places have no real sense, tbh.
