How do you more often tend to respond when dealing the world inside and outside you?

There is also a fourth “f” - “fawn”

Yes. You’re right. The fawn thing is without any doubt another self-defense manner.
Me too. I tend to be pretty gregarious.
It’s not that I don’t feel the things I express or that I’m not a caring person by nature. Indeed, in my work as a teacher, my style was pretty maternal. But, yes...I caught myself sometimes doing things for others or trying to be more than helpful bc I somehow wanted to be accepted or compensate someway what I consider my wide amount of flaws.

Fighting is the last of my options to be honest. But, also had my moments.

I fight a lot unless I am legitimately concerned about emotional hurt, then its flight. I run anytime I care about someone too much. Usually I will stabilize with consistency and patience.

Normally I just mentally curl up in the fetal position while people mentally hurt me. Very rarely do I stand up for myself but when I do that's when I go that 90% of the way and scare people. I've never had to go to 100% yet
