I have been diagnose by my pdoc as a schizoaffective disorder with underlying borderline personality disorder. My pdoc doesn't wanna me called as someone who has borderline but day by day its getting so worse and I dont know what should I do? But recently I tried to cope this things by thinking positive. I tried the CBT things on the internet and its a little bit helpful. Now, I m lessly feeling suicide but still struggle on it. Especially the way they treat me. (My own family). My friends they blocked for no reason after they know I have this kind of illnesses. What do u think I m gonna face it? Okay that's all for today.

I'm sorry I can't answer the question you posed in your title with any degree of authority. Perhaps there will yet be other members, here on PC, who can answer that question. You mentioned you've done some CBT things on the internet. My understanding is that DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) is the most generally prescribed therapy treatment for borderline personality disorder. Here are links to 3 articles, from PC's archives, that discuss borderline personality disorder including 1 on DBT for BPD:
