Living with BPD can be quite difficult and challenging, specially when you've been diagnosed with a depressive major disorder... and some other issues and I feel like I'm about to have a serious break down, some days ago I found out something that has me thinking and thinking a lot, which drives me to a depressive episode in a matter of hours today I've been feeling so blue, haven't got up of bed and felt like I needed help, but I can't ask for it unless it's somewhere like here cause no one in my "real life" knows about any of my mental illnesses because they wouldn't understand it... I feel like I miss someone so much but don't know exactly what or who I miss
Thanks for all the support.

that movie is good (and it's so nice to find someone on here who likes it too.)

I remember when I first heard about it it seemed so underrated. I don't know why, it's brilliant
