I've been trying to find some ''positive'' threads about this diagnosis. not that I think I actually have it. We have been left to get on with it in this forest IRL by professionals. And when I read a positive post it usually talks about meds which I cannot take. I'm not blaming anyone here, i'm the POS who cant tolerate meds.
So I need to suck it up, self help only, be quiet and get on with it. Not in the slightest bit helpful. And actually very harmful. Whiny *** me __________________ |

Hey, I’m struggling with the diagnosis too but I have found videos on YouTube by Dr Daniel Fox. They have been very educational and helpful for me.

Have you tried transcranial magnetic stimulation? I don't have any personal experience, but it seems to be working for some. By the way, so sorry you are having so much stuggle. Hugs.

I'm in DBT therapy now. So far, the therapist hasn't suggested any meds for me. Too soon to tell if the therapy will be helpful or not. Some of it seems helpful. There are several non-medicine therapies and techniques out there. I hope you find something that works for you.

Meditation and mindfulness help me. I particularly like Pena Chordron. It's not a fix by no means, but maybe, if you really worked at it, it would take the edge off. I hope this helps.

I've heard good things about her. I'll have to remind myself to look into this carefully. Thanks for posting.
