So I've just woken and I feel extremely agitated. I cant settle, anything is making me grouchy, it's only 11am, should I take my afternoon antipsychotic?

I took the medication and fell asleep. Woke up less agitated but definitely still feel it. No idea why, just woke up in a stinking bad mood.
