My anxiety is hovering dangerously close to delusions/psychosis. As happened 3 years ago this time of year.
And I started a new [low dose] anti-psychotic 4 weeks ago. It should be feeling better, not worse. It's all the 'typical' triggers for me - tech glitches - my parents' health and safety [they are both in their early 80s] - waiting for things to arrive - crowds and - living. I don't know what to do. I don't have any support at all until after Christmas, and then that's only a 10 minutes or so GP appointment. The CMHT discharged me straight after changing my meds, and I only have one more follow up with my ED therapist, in February. What would you do? |

I’d call the doctor that prescribed the anti psychotic and tell that you are feeling worse. They may tell you to go to an ER if you are feeling worse, and maybe you should if you feel in danger of hurting yourself. I’m sorry you are struggling.

I'm not in danger of hurting myself at the moment. There's just shadows hovering. In the UK once you're discharged you're discharged, and back under the care of the GP. But there is a crisis line if things do get even worse. Thanks so much. |

I'm feeling really bad. The tech glitch trigger is still an issue, and while it's likely just that, a glitch, it's taking me into areas of my mind I thought I'd left behind 2 and a half years ago.
I want to hurt myself, though I haven't. |

Hoping you're ok, Stellata. Meds are so durned tricky, and person specific.
