Does anyone have tips on maintaining some kind of consistency? With self, with mood?

I feel all over the place. It creates a loss of identity and a loss of stability.

It's exhausting. I'm exhausted.

Thank you

Hi All Over All Over the Place

For me, a routine that keeps me on a schedule..like showers, chores..

Hobbies to let go of thoughts, that makes us struggle..& calming the mind All Over the Place

Thinking of you..
