I had to set a coworker straight who kept trying to train me, when I have trainers that like what I am doing. I finally told him if he had a problem with me to take it up with my trainers.

I can't handle confrontation.

I'm a nervous wreck because of standing up for myself.

If I told my husband he would just say I worry too much, and I was in the right.

I don't feel in the right. I feel like I've been a bad, bad girl.

Advice?
