I loved this video so much that I wanted to share it here. It gives me goosebumps watching someone describe me to a tee!

The entire video is amazing to me but one thing she said that I've struggled with in therapy is when she talks about "intrusive thoughts" popping in your head often. When I 1st went to therapy I didn't know what to call it so I referred to it as non-vocal voices. Well my poor therapist took that literally and incorrectly diagnosed me with schizoaffective, although she said it was just a primarily diagnoses. It didn't take her long to understand what I meant.

In one of her other videos she talks about how Quetiapine/Seroquel has helped her a lot. Since I also take Seroquel in addition to Wellbutrin I've wondered which one was really helping me because they're doing wonders to me! Anyone else take Quetiapine/Seroquel and how many mg?

I was reading research after research that shows Seroquel Xr 150mg is better than 300mg in showing improvements for BPD according to the Zanarini Rating Scale.

BTW my prescirption says Seroquel Xr. I wonder if Xr is better.

It was very hard to hear this video for me...but I could also identify with her...thank you for sharing.
It helped me to be able to know how to communicate with my therapist and psychaitrist..the "intensity" of my feelings and the hyersentsitivity I feel about EVERYTHING is spot on...the whole video was spot on for how I feel also...but those to points especially. Its not "normal" the level I take things to nor is my attachment to others.

This video was spot on me ... and I’m old, but it felt good to hear I’m not alone
