Thanks! Not buying junk food has helped. Plus I have been eating a full 3 meals a day plus a snack or two so I don't let myself get too hungry. Also, I am going to start going to overeaters anonymous soon. I bought the 12 Steps 12 Traditions book of OA and have been applying principles of what I find in there too my life
