I feel so out of control. I thought I could stop if I wanted to. I really did. I’ve lost too much weight since last week and the week before I passed out at the store. I hate myself so so much. I know I shouldn’t want to lose more weight and I hate that I can’t control my thoughts anymore. Sometimes I feel like I would be nothing without those thoughts writhing around in my head

Hello Krpeirce: I noticed this is your first post here on PC. Welcome to Psych Central. I'm sorry you are having such a difficult time. Hopefully coming here to PC can be of some comfort & support.
