I feel your pain
It's a funny feeling when you are well aware of a persons intentions, when they are trying to be nice
And you know what they are up to and yet they think they are pulling the wool over your eyes....

I perhaps sit back watch and observe
I may be better off to learn to speak up for myself

Maybe it is NOT a matter if "moving on" but channeling those abilities into something that works better for your own life.

Maybe figuring out a way to understand others emotions without feeling them yourself. It is important to UNDERSTAND other peoples emotions. We do not have to FEEL them to understand them & it provides no help to anyone to do this but it definitely can cause hurt to ones self. just some thoughts

If you are able to block negativity and protect yourself, why would you want to move on from it? Im an empath also. I can't always block buy I wouldn't give it up for anything (even if I could)
Try to use it for your own good and that of others. I know it can hurt, but personally think it's worth it.
