Trig Emotionally challenged

For as long as I can remember Iíve always felt horrible with a need for attention and love but I had a good childhood. My dad worked a lot and didnít express much emotion but never felt he didnít love me. My mom paid a little more attention to my sister than me but I was still loved and had a good childhood.

Possible trigger:
so I understand why Iím a bit messed up now but most of these feelings that I have have been majority of my life. Iím confused as to why
