Elsa, I'm so sorry you are in such pain. I'm also sorry that your Grandpa is in such pain. Please take it easy and rest as much as you can. I hope tonight and tomorrow are much better for you.

Someone told me today that her friend has really bad fibro. After a lot of research, she takes Mucinex every day and it makes a huge difference in her pain.
 Apparently it reduces the toxins that create the fibro pain. I don't know.I haven't tried it, but my friend swears there's hard research out there proving it, so I thought I'd better pass it on to you. Belle is doing great. I'm still really sick. I didn't make it to the pharmacy today. I just wasn't able to drive. Maybe tomorrow. __________________ I still dream and I still hope, therefore I can take what comes today. I am on the edge of a flare. Yay. My edges hurt, my limbs. I did work a little in the garden and I did get to my appointment. That's good enough for today

Kiya, I am so proud of you for making it to your appointment. I'm really glad. Oh no on the flare! Do you have any steps to stop or lessen it? Please be good to yourself.
Gus, thank you for the beautiful orange flowers. They are so pretty! Yesterday was a tough day. I kept almost passing out even while sitting. Today has been better, but I'm still so weak. I have to go to the store tomorrow. I am out of the basics. I just don't know how this is going to work out like I need it to do.

I'm here as well... been reading but not posting... It's been pretty rough lately, with pain and depression and other stuff... just getting by at this point.

I'm so worn out exhausted is in my rearview mirror. I swear everything hurts today. I plan to spend most of the day on the sofa wrapped in my heated throw, reading.
Can't remember if I posted that, on top of the stress at work not knowing what's going on, I had to move my office this week. I suspect several days of donkey work was not good for me. I got a video at the library yesterday of yoga for those with chronic pain. Doubt I will try it today, but I'll let y'all know what it's like. Gus, thanks for the pic of the lilies. It is so tranquil. |
