Well I need a miracle right now McGee my son's cat did not come home. I have been searching for him since 3:30 this morning

I am praying for McGee to come safely home. Please let us know about him as soon as you can.

I went to the dentist. The person who was supposed to be there to work on my dentures claims he didn't get the message. So, he didn't show up.

It was really, really good to visit with the girls and my Dentist. I love them all. When I told the Dentist what was happening with the dentures, she checked everything. I've lost so much weight from being sick that my gums have shrunk and the dentures don't fit right.

They are going to reline them so I can limp along with them for a while. Then, my Dentist is going to apply for a grant on my behalf so I can have new ones. Isn't that wonderful?

When I got home, one of my neighbors and the other neighbor's gf were outside talking. They both started in about Belle barking and crying when I'm not here. I confronted them both.

The gf is standing outside my door talking to Belle! No wonder she's barking! Plus the cat is right outside my door and Belle wants to play with it and always barks or cries when it's there. Always. Did I mention the gf's cat is not supposed to be here either?

Then, the other neighbor actually demanded that I beat Belle into submission so she never barks again. He actually tried to bandy scripture with me to prove you are supposed to beat your children and animals. I know the scriptures well. That's not what they mean! I wheeled on him and asked if he was joking and no, he was deadly serious. He raised his voice and wielded his wooden stick up in the air to demonstrate. I told him it was never going to happen and the neighbor's gf told him to shut up. Do you see what I am surrounded by?

Cake, again, please let us know about McGhee.

Jan that is so awsome about the dentist. I wish someone would beat your neighbor into submission lord knows he needs it.

It's now 3:09 am I have been up for about 30 minutes and no McGee.

I sure hopes he comes home today thus is killing me. Not sure what else I can do but wait and pray.

Cake, I'm still praying that McGhee comes home safely and that he hurries.

I'm still up. I haven't been to sleep. I've been mulling things over and working on a plan on what needs to be done.

As I was doing that, I was online and stumbled across an article on the 20 worst rated dog foods in 2016. The company that produces Belle's food is on the list!!!!! I swear, I can send you the link if you don't believe me. I am paying a fortune to make my dog sick. She hates that food anyway and has to be really, really hungry to eat it. I definitely feel like going redneck on the vet.

I found an article that had a list of top 20 dog foods for 2017. I've carefully reviewed the ingredients. If I can't afford the food, I can buy the groceries and cook it for her. I don't know, but surely the good food can't be more expensive than the prescription food.

Good morning all. I hope that by now McGee has come home and that Jan you have gotten some sleep. *hugs*

Hubby starts his job today. I am excited for him. Now that he is working I want to do more around the house health permitting. That is the key and I am a bit nervous about that. There are days where I don't have the energy to take a shower let alone cook and clean. Today my pain and energy are at baseline so I plan on taking advantage of that and doing some laundry and some cooking. I hope to cook up two meals (tonight and tomorrow's dinners) and make Hubby's lunch for tomorrow. I know it doesn't seem like a lot to do but for me it is. I have to pace myself and take baby steps.

Anyway, I hope that everyone has a good Hump Day. I am thinking about all of you. *Gentle hugs*

Hon, I understand perfectly about having to pace yourself. Please don't do too much. Take care of yourself and go slowly.

No McGee yet

Mama here is what I do and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. If I have the TV on during each commercial I get up and do something even if it's small. Sometimes I go through two commercials because I don't have the energy but at least try. It can be real easy to give in but the more you move the better you feel.

Cake, I can't pray for McGee because I don't pray, but I'm sending lots of positive thoughts your direction. Please keep us updated on him.

Jan, I might have grabbed the stick from the a-hole and whacked him with it. Beat Belle because she is anxious when you leave. Yeah, that's going to solve the problem!

I haven't been at PC for a few days because I haven't been on-line at home the last few nights. I spend so much of my day chained to a desk at work there are nights I don't even want to turn the computer on.

I finally went to sleep last night. The neighbor's gf woke me up first and then the one who wanted me to beat Belle woke me up the second time. After that, Belle and I really slept!

I not only go to the dentist today, but I'm going to try to get in to see my eye specialist. My eyes are infected again. Then after that, I go to see the gastro and learn the results of the test where I swallowed the camera. I hope and pray he has a definitive answer for me, no matter what it is. I can fight it if I know what it is.

Belle cried a lot last night because the neighbor's gf and her cat were outside our door. She's so happy right now. She doesn't know I'm going somewhere yet.

I hope so much that McGhee is home now. Mama, I hope you didn't do too much. Liz, it's so nice to have you back online. I certainly understand that there are times you don't want to touch the computer when you get home, but you are missed!

Omg Liz I needed that laugh go fir it Jan beat them with the stick. You know what I was thinking is that when they know you are gone they make noise to scare Belle and when Belle is scared she will bark. People are mean that way.

We told Mikey last night about McGee while he was with his T. He refuses to talk to me and was crying it makes me feel like the worst person alive. The fact that he has not been found dead gives me some hope. When Mikey gets home of Friday we will put up posters.

It is good to hear from you Liz. I hope Christina is not over doing it in the move.

I just took my meds hubby is up once he goes to work hopefully I will be able to go back to sleep

McGee has been found. I have another thread in the Pet section it's been a long day with me on a ladder for 3 hours and McGee stuck on a roof under solar panels

Did you say you were the one up the ladder???? Maybe McGhee ought to be an inside cat for a while? I don't know, but it's a thought.

Liz, I truly like your thinking! Rest assured if he touches Belle, one of us is going to jail. You might have to take up a special fund for me here to bail money for me!

This has been the most outrageously busy day. I have had some really interesting adventures. The most important part is that I went to the gastro today. I've lost nine more pounds in less than a month. I don't have official results yet, because he left my report on his desk at the hospital. It does look like Crohns, but we'll see. He is going to try to call me here at home this weekend. If not, he gave me a private number to call on Monday afternoon so I can talk to him about it. He put me back on prednizone and I am glad. I feel better on it and I can breathe a lot better that way, too.

If I've got Crohns, I will fight it. If I need surgery, let's get it over with and done. I can't fight something when I have no clear idea what the problem is.

You know, Cake, you're right about them scaring Belle. I caught the man with the stick barking outside my door so she would bark louder at him. He thought it was funny. Also, if the gf is cooing at her through the door, Belle will go crazy. Something scared Belle today, because she peed on the plastic on the bed today. She only does that when she's afraid.

I have to be back at the dentist's office at 8:30 in the morning so Belle and I have to go to bed now. I hope I can sleep. I'm so wound up.
