Jan the easiest way to find it is to go to Christina's page and look at the posts she started. It's filled with how her move went etc.

I also just wanted to say I could not get through my days without you guys. You guys understand the pain and the toll this diease takes on someone's body, mind and sprint

Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Xoxo

Well it's 2 am and I am keeping Hubby up because pain has woken me up once again. That and the fact that steroids make it hard to get a restful sleep. Pulse is skipping like crazy from the meds. Found out recently that I need a double knee replacements but I don't see that happening anytime soon. Too much on my plate with severe anemia, hysterectomy, and chronic kidney issues. Cake, not sure how you handle both fibro and lupus. It takes every ounce of me to handle lupus and lupus related disorders. The strengthon this board is inspiring. I am sending much love everyone's way. HUGS

Cake, it was a joy to know that Mikey sent you something. You did not hurt anyone's feelings, so don't worry about that.

I will try to look for Christina's page. I do hope she's all right.

Mama, I'm so sorry you are in pain. Do you have anything you can take for it? Tylenol or advil, perhaps? It's not much, but it helps a tiny bit. Have you thought about going to the ER for some help? Take good care of yourself.

Gus, thank you so much for the pictures. They are lovely!

I am trying to accomplish a few things here today. I have my back brace on and it is helping a little bit. I look like a wrestler in it. Honestly, it's horrible and there is no way to really hide it. I'm just going to have to buckle down, as it were, and learn to wear it no matter how embarrassing it looks.

I have not learned how to eat with my dentures. It's a real problem. I'm going to try again today. I know I needed my teeth removed and this was the only option, but it's so much easier not to try to eat anything at all. I have an important meeting Monday in a cafe! I hope they have something like pudding there.

I love you all.

I'm here. Flare is continuing. I would not wish this disorder on my worst enemy.

Did want to wait for the garden tub to fill last night for a soak so I stood under a hot shower for a good long time. It helped things relax a bit. Pain level is less than it was. Still not great, but better.

You know how they call fibro the "irritable everything" disorder? Everything is irritated - digestive tract, you name it. What's toughest is the emotional irritability. I'm on my last nerve. Would happily rip someone's head off and shout down the hole. Am having to be careful what I respond to here at PC. Probably get myself in trouble if I told some people what I really think!

Cake, the flowers from Mikey sound wonderful. What a sweet thing for him to do!

Thanks to all for the thoughts and hugs. Sorry, just don't have it in me to respond to each of you tonight.

You can't tell I've done much at all, but I've worked myself silly today. I'm still not finished. Hopefully I can get more done tomorrow.

Liz, I'm so sorry you're in such pain. I really do understand about being grouchy because of the pain. I'm normally a very patient person, but I feel the same way you do. I don't like it about myself and it scares me. The pain just won't stop and tylenol just doesn't work. I don't want to be impatient and angry all the time. It's not my nature.

I put extra fix-it on my dentures today. Now they're stuck and I can't get the top ones out! Only me!

I am with you on the irritability i used to have a lot of patience not anymore. Some people just drive me nuts.

It's 1:54 am here and my head is pounding my leggs are pounding and I slept on the couch last night so ken could get a good nights sleep and in all honestly I knew I would not. My stomach was rocking and rolling.

But ken had a big outside job that my nephew was helping him with so I took them both lunch and the lady that lives there lunch then headed to the grocery store. While shopping every step hurt more then the last one and I could not wait to get home. I prayed ken was home but nope I just took it one step at a time. I manage to get everything in the house in and I start to put things away and ken comes home he helped and told me to sit down.

He went and took a shower then laid down. He had been trying to take out these juintiper bushes that have been there for 47 years. They made good progress

Well I just took some more sinus meds hopefully they kick in soon

Gental hugs to all

Liz feel better

I don't go to the ER for chronic pain it is just part of the beast. I see my doc every friday for chronic kidney issues. I was just started on steroids for pleurisy and joint pain and it is beginning to take the edge off. Can't take NSAIDS so I have stronger painkillers on hand but I rarely take them. Anyway, I hope that you all start to feel better and have a nice Mother's day. I am thinking about you all this early morning. HUGS

Cake, you need a little shopping cart to take with you to the store. Keep it in the car while you shop. When you get home, just unload things into the cart and push it inside. I can't carry my groceries, much less unload them right away when I get them in the apartment. The buggy really helps. I have to push the refrigerated things in first and then wait until the next day to get the canned goods, etc.

My dentures are still stuck this morning. My upper mouth is extremely swollen and I look like someone punched me. I've researched it on Google and tried the suggestions. If any of you have any ideas, please let me know.

I hope all of you have a peaceful day free of pain. Wouldn't that be nice...

Jan, how about holding hot water in your mouth to try and dissolve the Fixident? My partial used to come loose when I drank hot liquids.

Pain is down to dull roar today. Am absolutely exhausted though. Slept 10 hours last night and woke up tired. Probably the chronic fatigue acting up. Loed but I'm tired of hearing myself complain.

I posted in the pets section about riding Kieran yesterday. My head wanted to, but my body wasn't too sure about the idea. I swear he decided to take care of me. We spent about 20 minutes just poking around the ring. He was such a gentleman. The movement seemed to help a bit with the pain, gentle swaying motion seemed to help stretch me. Was definitely good for my head.

Liz and Mama, I hope so much that your pain goes away.

I got the dentures out at last. The swelling has gone down, but my mouth is sore. I have an important meeting this morning, so I'm going to have to put them back in, but not with Fixodent.

Love you!

The meeting went well today. My teeth stayed in while we talked and had tea. I'm so grateful for that.

I had a lot of errands to run today and I managed to get them done. Tomorrow it's back to the dentist to have the uppers adjusted some more. It cuts my mouth. I have appointments every day this week. Whew!

When I got home, there was a letter on my door from upper management here. I have 30 days to get Belle spayed! I am not ready to do that. She's so tiny and she gets so scared. Will she change? Will she lose her puppy ways? Does anybody know?

Belle escaped twice this morning while I was trying to go out the door. She was very naughty. I taught her to "stay" while I go out the door, but apparently she just couldn't do that today. Maybe I need to buy some kind of gate or something, but they are very expensive.

Love you all.

Jan see if there is a used baby store like once upon a child near you. They take gentally used kids clothes and furniture and resale it at a very good price. They sale clothes toys beds cribs etc. I have bought a lot of stuff for my kids there and I have sold them some of my kids stuff. They might just have a gate to keep kids out of an area well those gates also work on dogs. Not cats but dogs

She will not loose her puppy ways however spaying her will cost you. Our daughter just got her female dog spayed and since she is a large dog she also had her stomach tacked down. The dog had to stay overnight at the vets and it cost her close to $800. Now don't freak out. Her dog is a German Shepherd and since she was going to be under she had the stomach tacked down. That cost about $200.

I know you can get it done cheaper. Call spay clinics in your area etc. she went to our vet our vet can be a little on the expensive side. But we have gone to this place for 22 years they always have someone on staff and if it's an emergency I can always get in.

I am in a lot of pain. I see the cardio doctor tomorrow and my pulmonary doctor and I see the rhemy next week so my cardio doctor and my rhemy are in the same office so I called to see if she could get me in for a quick shot in my hip. the nice nurse came on and I couldn't understand what time she said to come in so I am going to go about 30 minutes before my cardio appointment hopefully everything works out. By the time I get home I will be dead

I just hope my pulmonary doctor doesn't give me any trouble if he tells me to loose weight I might just smack him. Last time he told me to do that he upped my prednisone to 60 msg a day and while he is telling me this he's eating candy.

That wasn't very nice
