It has been awhile since I have been on but please know that I am always keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.

I am run down but seriously trying to hang in as I get over this current flare. I was in the hospital for several weeks in September and am still recovering from the hospital and from strep throat. It has been a rough 14 months. Lupus keeps finding ways to beat me down. I am determined to fight back and to kick lupus' ***.

Anyway I hope that are all well or at least as well as you can be. May not be back for a bit due to health but know that I am always thinking of you all.

I took a shower today and used a diffrent shampoo.

I still felt totally gross afterwards, and it didn't do anything for my mood, but i suppose it was nice to try a diffrent scent.

had to send a few emails this morning to people, but didn't do much else.

feel a little nautious from all the overeating I've been doing, but it means nothing... I continue on regardless

nice to see we're back to the rain and the wetter weather today

apart from hating the sun, october is not the month for warmer weather.

come on darker nights all ready..

Cold today, aches and shakes are bad.
Didn't go to work, and couldn't muster the energy to make food, so Domino's is on the way.
Blech

It's a beautiful Fall day!

Sunny, cool, colors popping!

I hope to go for a foliage drive today!
It'll be nice, as I have been cooped up at home, recovering from a bad cold.

I hope everyone has a good day!

I am curious, what was the pain scale that Ms. Liz shared? And the weather change, and I are having issues!!!

Expecting increased pain this evening into tomorrow and the next few days... first real old snap of the season coming tonight... down into the 40s and 50s from the upper 80s. Plus, this is the first cold snap since the fusion of my lumbar spine so not sure how that will react either...

Katydid, I am sorry you are having additional challenges with the weather change.

Liz's pain scale is back just a page or two, post #776.
It's worth seeing!

Welcome to the fibro. thread, katydid!

I feel extremely lucky today

yesterday my dinner was off, and overnight, I had a really bad tummy ache

it continued for a lot of this morning too- I'm still amazed how I was able to eat breakfast because of the pain

but now it seems to be subsiding, and I just feel really lucky that it's not worse and that their are no other side affects

just ashame that my overeating is 10 times worse than it was yesterday and I have nothing really going for me today.

mood's okay despite not sleeping again

weather is raining

The scale is in post #776. My pain was somewhere beyond the last picture on the scale today.

I had a first today. I was in so much pain and fibro fog was so bad I left work at noon today. Came home and crashed for awhile before working from home.

I'm so afraid I'm going to crash and burn soon. Between work and the stuff that needs to be done at Mom's house, plus the stuff I need to do at the farm I passed exhausted long ago. In pain every day. It's all going to come crashing down on me soon.

Oooooowwwwwwwwwww.......

Not loving the colder weather we're having up here. So stiff and so sore lately, not been easy to sleep and I'm coming down with a cold...
If it rains, it freaking pours.
