can't really comment on today... I lost so much time today it's hard to remember things I did
I know I watched mr tumble, I know I had a less than average meal, and I know I didn't sleep but I lost a lot of time otherwise so unsure of what else |

Hi all. I have heard from Jan, but on general things.
Cake, I’m so sorry about your dog I too have crashed and that dominoed. I did a 12 hour gig, then 3 days later went kayaking when I was still too tired but I forced myself. That ended up with me accidentally getting hit with if when it fell off the suv and I now have concussion, a hurt neck and shoulder. This is all leading to depression. Huzzah Lesson- listen to your body, don’t overdo. In the case of overdone, REST fully. __________________ Credits: ChildlikeEmpress and Pseudonym for this lovely image. alt="Universal Life Church | ULC" border="0"> |

pain's been very off and on.
on wednesday it was terrible, I honestly thought I was going to die (it felt like my body was just trying to tell me okay, I'm screwed, I can last one mor night, then I'm going to go) yesterday it was okay, just a little stiffness in the evening and today my shoulders are acting all stiff and icky I showered this morning and that's probably why.. triggered extra pain |

hey pfrog, I don't think I've ever seen your name in this thread- so welcome yeah the cold can play a big part... like you I love the cooler weather (I really enjoy rain too), but the pain doesn't. luckily for me (I think it's lucky), my room is well insulated so I don't feel the chill 24/7 I'd be in here all hot (sometimes too hot), then step out in to the arctic air |

I am so very sorry you cannot sleep! I have insomnia, too. I am seeing a sleep specialist soon and I hope he can help. Thinking of you. WC __________________ May we each fully claim the courage to live from our hearts, to allow Love, Faith and Hope to enLighten our paths. |

Thank you Liz. She knew. She was on the stretcher and they where taking her to the back the whole time her eyes had been closed while we talked to her and gave her treats but when they lifted her up she opened her eyes and turned her head and looked directly at me. It broke my heart and I still can't stop crying. We are having her cremated but I am not sure I can go in and pick up her ashes. The night before she crossed McGee slept in the dog house with her. She didn't want to come in to her kennel. Now McGee is sleeping between me and hubby everynight kinda like he is afraid something is going to happen to us. He's glued to be during the day
